If an error is made with a booking, it can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of the booking being made, except in the 72 hours prior to the event.
Booking changes can be requested any time up until 72 hours before the event. Refund of any fare difference will be subject to the refund policy below.
A full refund is available if the request is received more than 4 weeks before the event date.
A 50% refund is available if request is made less than 4 weeks before the event date.
No refunds will be provided within 72 hours of an event. If an event is being held on Saturday, the refund window will close on the Wednesday at 12pm.
Refund requests need to be made via email to res@melbourneonthemove.com.au and should be sent from the email address that you used to make the booking.
